Our concession carts are self-contained and approved by the Environmental Health Department, from which we hold an "A" rating. The carts are equipped with hand sinks and soap for servers to wash their hands throughout the day, as well as the scoops and utensils. Our carts operate on a standard 110-volt system, drawing a mere 8 amps of power. The carts can keep the product cold for up to six hours without being plugged in, depending on the weather.
